If you are a billed monthly or payroll deduction your discount will have to apply to next months bill. This is not eligible for cash back.
For Example: If patron has graduated and becomes inactive, you would have to become an active member again before using your points. You can't use your points to redeem a free month of membership after you've graduated to start off your new membership because you would be inactive. If you purchase your first month of Alumni membership, you can then use your accumulated Reward Points for your second month. "
